Jim & Diane . . . Just a note of thanks for your outstanding accommodations at West Bay Resort this past week. The fishing was great and your cabins were clean and roomy. After having traveled throughout North Dakota since the late 70R17;s chasing a variety of game and fish, I have now found a central location that suits my needs. Thanks Jim and Diane for another wonderful trip to Westbay Resort!!! My friends and I just got back from a ice fishing trip up to Devils Lake. The cabins and hosts were once again first class. Jim even plowed right away Saturday morning after all the snow fell so that my friend in a car could get out. THANKS AGAIN JIM AND DIANE!!!

Hi Diane, Jim & Erin, we had a wonderful time at the resort. The cabin was great and the hospitality was second to none. We really enjoyed our fishing trip there. Thanks for hooking us up with Lenoard. He was an excellent guide!!! We will be back again!!!

Thanks Diane, The new camp ground sites have proved to be an undueling task but you all have did an awesome job being the first year. The sites are very large in comparison to the other resorts. Your hospitallity towards us and the children have been second to none. You have created a great family enviroment! Thanks for everything and we will see you in the spring!!!

FANTASTIC!!! That's about all I can say. I just had my bachelor party at the resort and what a place. We had 21 guys stay on Friday night. Diane is a wonderful host and made us feel like kings. The cabins were spacious and very affordable. And the fishing...unreal! We cleaned 15 walleyes on Thurs, 69 on Fri, and 89 on Saturday. Thanks again, and can't wait till I stay again.

No reservations, no destination, we were driving through Minnesota, looking for someplace to saty in Devils Lake -- just because we wanted to see it. Some phone calls turned up West Bay Resort -- Diane was patient and sweet on the phone and assured us we could arrive late (as we did). In the end we stayed two days to rest and recuperate from our long drive, before resuming our trip. The cabin was perfect -- separate bedrooms for me and my daughters, a place to cook! The setting, near the lake and in the quietly beautiful North Dakota countryside, made me feel relaxed and calm from the first minutes. And the best bonus was Diane and Jim's daughter Erin, who befriended my two daughters and gave them some relief from endless druving with dad! Thank you!

Dear Friends,
Just a word of thanks for your hospitality to our family over the 4th of July weekend when we gathered at your resort for the Schmid reunion. In spite of the rain one day we could not have been more comfortable. Your cabins are the nicest I have ever seen. Especially I appreciated the excellent mattresses on those bunks. Your application of gravel and sod around the new cabins helped keep us tidy. We had a great time and have passed the word on your great facility. We wish you the best.
